Dr. Kelly Kohler
PhD, BCBA-D, LBA
Clinical Consultant
Dr. Kelly Kohler received her PhD from the Department of Psychology at Western Michigan University in 2014. She is a Doctoral-level BCBA, and she is a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Michigan. She has been working with individuals with autism since 2005, and was on the faculty at WMU for 8 years prior to joining the team at Pavo.
During her time at WMU, Dr. Kohler trained undergraduate and graduate students to be practitioners in the field of applied behavior analysis. She has worked with children with autism and other disabilities in clinic and school-based settings. She has published peer-reviewed papers in the area of verbal behavior and was a co-author on the 8th edition of the popular textbook, Principles of Behavior.
Her areas of interest include: training practitioners, verbal behavior and communication skills, joint attention, toilet training, parent training, and organizational behavior management.
Dr. Michael Tomak

Dr. Michael Tomak received his PhD from the Department of Psychology at Western Michigan University in 2020. He is a Doctoral-level BCBA, and he is a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Michigan. He has been working with individuals with autism since 2013, and practiced as a BCBA-D at another autism center in Southwest Michigan for 2 years prior to joining the team at Pavo.
During his time working as a practitioner and studying as a doctoral student, Dr. Tomak’s focus was on working with children with autism and supervision of others pursuing their BCBA. He has worked with clients in a variety of settings including in a clinic, school settings, and various community settings.
His areas of interest include: supervision and training, communication.
Sarah Bradtke

Sarah Bradtke received her Master of Arts from the Department of Psychology at Western Michigan University in 2019. She is a Masters-level BCBA, and she is a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Michigan. Sarah has been working with individuals with autism since 2014 in several different capacities, including as a registered behavior technician, graduate-student researcher, and BCBA.
Sarah has worked with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism and other disabilities in clinic, home, and school-based settings. Prior to joining the team at Pavo, Sarah was a BCBA and the ABA manager of an ABA center in southeast Michigan.
Sarah’s areas of interest include: staff training and supervision, challenging behavior reduction, increasing communication skills, and teaching daily living skills.
